The short version: this website does not track you. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party scripts, no cookies for tracking. You can verify that yourself — open your browser's developer tools, load any page here, and look at the network tab. Every request goes to phasepointllc.com and nowhere else.

What the site collects on its own

Nothing. Browsing phasepointllc.com sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and sends no data to any third party. Standard web server logs are kept by the hosting provider (Hostinger) for operational and security purposes; PhasePoint does not analyse them for marketing.

What you send deliberately

If you use the contact form, you choose to send:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your message, and which product it relates to

Alongside that message, the server records the time it was sent and the originating IP address. The IP is recorded for abuse prevention — it is what makes rate-limiting possible so the form cannot be used to spam anyone.

Where it goes

Straight to Mihai Pop, the founder, by email. There is no CRM, no marketing platform, no mailing list, no autoresponder, and no support queue. Your message is not shared, sold, or passed to anyone else. It is stored in the founder's mailbox and in a private server-side log that is not reachable from the web.

How long it is kept

Correspondence is kept as long as it is useful for the conversation it belongs to, and can be deleted sooner on request. Rate-limiting records, which store a hashed form of the IP rather than the address itself, are short-lived and automatically discarded.

Your choices

You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email contact@phasepointllc.com and it will be handled by the person who built the site, not a ticket system.

The products

This policy covers this website only. Individual PhasePoint products state their own data behaviour — several of them (PhaseAuth, PhasePoint AMP, MiniBeast, stealthPhase) are built specifically to keep your data on your own machine. Where a product's behaviour differs from this page, the product's own documentation governs.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
