PhasePoint LLC is an Illinois limited liability company. These terms cover this website and the pre-release software offered through it.
Everything listed in the registry is marked with its real status: LIVE BETA, BETA, or BUILDING. Those labels are maintained honestly and audited on the date shown on the home page. None of it is general-availability commercial software. Access is by invitation.
Some PhasePoint tools are used in physical settings — roadside breakdowns, towing, marine navigation, field inspections, security operations. They assist a competent person; they do not replace one. Never use any PhasePoint product as a substitute for your own judgment, your training, your employer's procedures, manufacturer instructions, or the law. Do not interact with any of it while driving or operating a vessel or machinery. In an emergency, contact emergency services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PhasePoint LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from use of this site or the software. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid PhasePoint for the software in question — which, for beta access, is normally nothing.
Several PhasePoint products are deliberately local-first: your files stay on your hardware. Where that is the design, it is stated on the product. You keep ownership of your own content. See the privacy page for what this website itself handles.
